You may return products (except non-returnable items, see details below) sold by spaforlifenet.com (“SFL”) no more than 30 days of receipt of your order (based on the delivery record), and upon pre-approval of SFL.
· Item that is returned more than 30 days after receipt.
· Item that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or box).
· Item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
· Item food, include (but not limited to) any supplement products.
· Any discounted, clearance or sales items
· Any free gift product and samples.
· Any item that is purchased elsewhere not from SFL, e.g. our stores, concessary counters, authorised dealers etc.
· In case of dispute, SFL remains the right of the final decision.

We do offer exchanges ONLY if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product caused in the process of delivery. We will arrange to a same new item to replace in the original form of shipping method without extra delivery charge. If you have returned a damaged, defective, or incorrect product to us, the return shipping fee will also be refunded to you.
All non-returnable items mentioned in 1 will not receive refund. The refund will not include the original shipping and handling fees with the return. Only the total value of product will be refunded. The refund should be done in the same format of the original payment within 30-60 days.
