Orders and Shipping

Price Information has taken great care to ensure prices are accurate. Prices may change over time. The correct prices will be applied when you select an item from the shopping list and add to your shopping cart.
Please note all prices in are in Hong Kong Dollars.
Please note, you may change the currencies for reference purpose but all the transactions in will be settled in HKD and charged to your credit card in the currency of your card.

Order processing

In most cases, orders are dispatched within 3 days except at weekends and Bank Holidays. Small articles will be delivered in Hong Kong and Macau through the postal services. Small articles to other countries will be delivered by standard air mail unless a special request is received from the customer. In most instances we will communicate with the customer to finalize shipping arrangements to overseas countries.

Acceptance of Orders

We validate your order and credit card details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will confirm that you order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide when you sign up with us.
Subject to further validation checks we may choose to make, our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.
We accept all orders for products and services subject to availability.
In some instances because of short shelf life, we will obtain the product from the manufacturers after receiving the orders. In such cases, delivery may be delayed for up to 5-7 days or even longer. We will communicate regularly with such customers.
All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We accept orders worldwide.

Undeliverable orders

If orders are returned to us as incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or parcel refused by recipient, the orders will be considered undeliverable.
We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will need to bear the re-shipping fee and handling fee that are based on the original shipping method used for your purchase.

Since some of the customs authorities may take an extended time for customs clearance and inspections, the delivery time of some orders may take a number of weeks.

For Standard Shipping, no single order can exceed 2 kg. If your order is over that limit, we will automatically separate them into several orders to meet the weight requirement. You will be notified all the tracking numbers by email.


Important Information

  • Orders are processed for shipment during normal Spaforlife business hours only (9am - 6:00pm, Mon - Fri, excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs that may occur from an incorrect address or refused shipment.
  • If a package is returned to our facility without reason, we will contact you via email and/or the telephone to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
  • Deliveries are NOT available to PO Boxes.
  • NO delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.
  • Spaforlife is not responsible for packages held by Customs.
  • Spaforlife does not pay for International Duty taxes. If a shipment incurs any such charges the customer is responsible.
  • Spaforlife is not responsible for brokerage fees incurred on International Shipments. These fees, whether charged by a private or Customs appointed broker, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Details

  • Package NOT Insured - There are no insurance services offered for the carrier or method of shipment.
  • Delivery Confirmation - Delivery Confirmation information is available only on request.
  • Tracking Number - Tracking Numbers are available on request.
  • Business Day - Packages will only be delivered on the working days, depending on different countries & different courier.
In all shipping to international markets we will contact the customer and confirm shipping method and rates, if applicable. The above amounts quoted are estimates only and can change without notice.
